Haptap Call Analytics Launch
A big week for us: Haptap Call Analytics goes generally available today 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝘀𝘁.

There are a few things I think makes ours different. Call Analytics has to work for two people at once.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿, it is a full reporting suite that stands comparison with anything else on the market. Missed calls, queue health, response times, activity by user and by team, out of hours call patterns that show where workload is landing unevenly. Everything an operations or people manager needs to run a phone estate properly and look after the people working on it.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, it goes somewhere no one else does. Deep diagnostic quality detail for every Microsoft Teams call, down to the 'last mile' ISP, with internal Teams calls sitting alongside PSTN calls for comparison. That is the layer that lets you prove whether a fault is the customer's network or the carrier, with evidence, in front of the customer.
Two more things we think also give our partners an edge:
• It carries your 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 and your single sign-on. Your customer never meets a third party login.
• 𝗢𝗻𝗲-𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 deployment on a customer you already manage, and it is live in seconds, with a month of call history already backfilled.
Teams Phone estates are growing faster than the tooling around them, and closing that gap is exactly why we started Haptap.
Huge credit to the engineering team, who have been living in call records for months to make this feel effortless for our partners. Getting here has taken a serious effort from a small team and we could not be prouder of them. Thank you also to the partners who tested early and helped us iron out the wrinkles.
If your customers are running Teams estates, let us show you how quickly you can have them live. Book a call with us on the button above.
