Enreach goes live with Call Manager, branded as My Teams Manager

We are pleased to share that Enreach, one of Europe's leading providers of smart contact solutions, has formally announced its partnership with Haptap. You can read the full press release on the Enreach website.

Enreach operates across more than 25 countries and serves thousands of partners through its reseller and service provider channel. The partnership gives Enreach partners access to Call Manager for Microsoft Teams, white-labelled as My Teams Manager, sitting natively within Enreach's existing product family.

What this means in practice

Enreach partners can now onboard Teams Phone customers faster, manage multiple tenants from a single interface, and handle number assignment and call flow configuration without needing direct access to each customer's Microsoft tenant. The platform carries Enreach branding throughout, so partners and their customers see a consistent, recognisable experience from day one.

Why this matters for the channel

Enreach chose to build this into their portfolio because the management layer around Teams Phone is where the real partner opportunity sits. Dial tone is commoditised. Onboarding, configuration, and ongoing administration is where partners either differentiate or lose margin to support overhead. My Teams Manager addresses that directly.

For other operators and UCaaS providers looking at a similar challenge, Enreach's approach is a useful reference point. A major European operator with an established partner channel concluded that the right answer was a white-labelled management platform, available across their full portfolio, under their own brand.
